Product Description
The Permanent magnetic chuck is used to hold iron pieces, particularly in the machining industry, and the operation is based on the magnetism created using permanent magnets.
The Permanent Magnetic Chuck is applied to holding work piece of magnetic material to be ground on surface grinding machine, universal tool grinder and electrical process machine etc. It can also be used as line-drawing tools of bench work for scraping and grinding. Using magnetic chucks to affix work pieces to the machining table or surface saves time over mechanical fastening or clamping.
Equipped with the most powerful neodymium magnets, Permanent Magnetic Chuck doesn't need electric power supply and will not cause any unexpected accident because of failure of power supply. Using magnetic chucks allows the end user to run faster feeds and speeds without chatter
