Raw materials: Our Raw materials select Nd,DyFe,.B-Fe and other rare earth materials etc. Its Chemical Compound is Nd2Fe14B1 in theory .Please refer to the picture of our raw material alloy below.

Strip casting: Our factory have two different technology to Produce Sintered NdFeB Magnets.one is Casting Alloy tech.The other is strip castingwhich is Foundation of HDDR.Make the Raw materials Alloy turn into strip of NdFeB alloy in Physical method. Please check the pictures of Our casting strip and casting alloy below.

Hydrogen Decrepitation: HDDR:the Strip casting and HDDR progress is an advance and new techonology to manufacture sintered NdFeb magnets.This technology is used to produce high grade and quality sintered NdFeB.

Jet Milling: Make sure of special Quipment,utilize high speed air flow to make micro partical to manufacture NdFeB Magnetic Powder , Picture of Magnetic Powde in storage room is below and for your reference.

Pressing: This is Necessary progress to manufacture magnets of NdFeB .Make NdFeB into Block or Cylinder Shape or Arc /Segment shape .Utilize Special Pressing Equipment pressing NdFeB Magnetic Powder in Physical Method.Later do Isostatic pressing to make the density of magnets More solid and tight ,this is preparing for Next Sintering Procedure.Please refer to our Pressing Semi-Products picture below.

Sintering: Utilize Vacuum Sintered Furnace to make the Pressing Semi Products to be more tight and Close-Knit .and to avoid the magnets too loose .After Sintering,the density of magnets blocks and cylinder and arc will be much better to machine during the future Procedure.. Sintering Magnetic Properties are developed by an aging heat treatment which may be in the presence of a magnetic field.Following picture is some of Sintered NdFeB Semi-Products ,which just took out from Sintering Furnace.

Inspection: Important and main Measurements including Remanence Br,Coercivity and maximum energy products are recorder.Only those magnets which passed the testing can be sent to next procedure .Please visit our Propertities of Sintered NdFeB Magnets below: Magnetic properties of sintered ndfeb magnets

Machining:Including Slicing,wire cutting,drilling holes,Grinding,Centerless grinding etc. To make the big block or cylinder sintered semi-magnets to be the size and shape which customer request and Order

Plating and Coating: As un-coated NdFeB magnets are sensitive to outer air and temperature,so if expose the un-coated NdFeB magnets in the air for some time,the Surface of magnets will turn to be rusted easily and quickly.That is the reason why we need to coat the magnets with Diffferent plating ,such as Nickel,Cr3+Zn.Black Epoxy etc.

Final Inspection: The final inspection including the dimension and size ,and shape of magnets ,.and the center guass,maximum gauss,and the coating of layer,other Weight Loss test etc.For more information ,please visit our magnets inspection standard : magnets inspection

Magnetizing and packing: After Final inspection ,the qualitied and good magnets are sent to magnetizing and packing procedure.We have three packing methods,one kind of packing is for Air Delivery ,packed with iron sheet and Thick foams to shield the magnetism coming out ;another is for Sea shipping delivery, Packed with Thick foams to shield the magnetism coming out.and last kind is packed as Customer request such as Tube packing ,PVC Packing etc.
