We also take RoHS requirement as the guideline in material selection. Use coating thickness Analysis tester to inspect the thickness of coating by electroanalysis.
Or Perform material coating thickness analysis using anode dissolve coulometry. |

Test condition :
Temperature:35C Degree,5% NaCl ,Continous spray,example.Nickel coating ,spray for 24 hours.
Test Standard/Criterion:
Coating is good ,doesn't get off,no bubbles,no dots.no rust appear. |

Our PCT And HAST TEST are all finished in their inspection instruments
One test is Pressure cooker Test (PCT):
-PCT TEST is used to test the magnets with Coating.
Test condition :
121C and 95% RH and 2 atmos pressure, test for 24 hours,example.Nickel coating
Test Standard/Criterion:
Coating does not Get off, there are no air bubbles or dots Appear
The second test is Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST
HAST TEST is used to test the un-coated magnets,to check the weight loss of magnets at the following test condition.
Test Condition:
132C and 95%-100% RH and 3 Atmos Pressure,Test for 7 Days.
